Derby Della Madonnina (Milan Derby)

The Derby della Madonnina (or the Milan Derby as it is known in the English-speaking world), is a football match between the two prominent Milanese clubs Milan and Internazionale of Italy. Along with the Rome, Genoa and Turin derbies, it is widely considered one of the major crosstown derbies in not just the Italian league, but the world. Taking place at least twice during the year via the league fixtures, this cross-town rivalry has extended to the Coppa Italia, Champions League, and Supercoppa Italiana, as well as minor tournaments and friendlies. It is one of the only major crosstown derbies in association football that are always played in the same stadium, in this case the San Siro, as both Milan and Internazionale call San Siro "home". It is called "Derby della Madonnina" in honour of one of the main sights in the city of Milan, the statue of the Virgin Mary on the top of the Duomo, which is often referred to as the "Madonnina". The first derby match between the two Milanese rivals was held in the final of the Chiasso Cup of 1908, a football tournament played in Canton Ticino (Switzerland), on 18 October of that year.

Alex Curran (born September 23, 1982 in Norris Green, Liverpool) is an English model and fashion columnist for the Daily Mirror. She is the wife of Liverpool and England footballer Steven Gerrard, and is described as one of the leading "WAGs" (Wives And Girlfriends) of the England national football team along with women such as Victoria Beckham, Coleen McLoughlin and Cheryl Cole - in 2007 the Times referred to Steven Gerrard's fiancée Alex Curran as an "über-WAG".

Curran writes a weekly column for the Mirror entitled "Go Shopping With Alex Curran".

Curran was raised in Maghull, and attended Maghull High School. A former nail technician, Alex Curran and Steven Gerrard have been a couple since 2002. Prior to this, Curran was dating businessman Tony Richardson - at the time Steven Gerrard was dating Jennifer Ellison. At some point in 2002, Curran and Ellison switched - The Guardian said "who stole whom off whom is still the subject of some debate and perhaps Ellison's autobiography".

Curran and Gerrard have two daughters - Lilly-Ella (born February 2004) and Lexie (born 9 May 2006). the two now live in Formby, Merseyside, and married on June 16 2007, at the Cliveden House luxury hotel in Berkshire.

Yolanthe Sneijder-Cabau (née Cabau van Kasbergen; 19 March 1985) is a Spanish-Dutch actress and television host.

Sneijder-Cabau dated singer Jan Smit from 2007 to 2009. In 2009, she began a relationship with football player Wesley Sneijder. They were married on 17 July 2010 in Tuscany, Italy, six days after Sneijder played the final of the FIFA World Cup.Following her marriage, she changed her surname from Cabau van Kasbergen to Sneijder-Cabau, which she also uses professionally.

Sneijder-Cabau is a co-founder and ambassador of Stop Kindermisbruik, a foundation which aims to put an end to child sexual abuse in developing countries. Stop Kindermisbruik engages in actions such as freeing child prostitutes, preventing children from becoming child prostitutes, and helping freed children cope with the trauma they endured.

Sneijder-Cabau appeared in the Dutch productions Snowfever (2004) and Costa! (2005). From 2005 to 2008, she had a recurring role in the soap opera Onderweg naar morgen. In 2006, Sneijder-Cabau starred in the short film Turkse chick, which was nominated for a Gouden Kalf, the Dutch equivalent of an Academy Award. A real-life WAG, she appeared in the third season of the dramedy Voetbalvrouwen, similar to the British series Footballers' Wives.In 2006, 2007, and 2009, Sneijder-Cabau was voted the "Sexiest Dutch Woman" by the Dutch FHM.
