Abigail hails from Scranton, PA, the same city that the hit NBC comedy “The Office” takes place in. She is the fifth of seven children. She became interested in modeling at a very young age because her older brother was a model who appeared in Calvin Klein ads. Ratchford entered the Miss Pennsylvania pageant when she was 20 years old, and then this year decided to take her career to the next level. She will be moving to Los Angeles soon to pursue work in modeling and acting.
Along with modeling, Abigail started her own business a couple years ago that was essentially a bartending service. Companies or individuals could contact Abigail for parties and Abigail would arrange for pretty women to attend and work as bartenders and shot girls. Although she was passionate about it and had success, she decided to move on from the bartending service industry in order to focus on turning herself into a brand.
Abigail’s hobbies include watching movies, traveling, going to great shows and concerts, exercising, yoga, watching the Food Network and then cooking up what she just saw, spending time with loved ones and of course — shopping. Although she says she is the “least sporty girl you will ever meet,” she does root for the Eagles because she is from Pennsylvania and her aunt used to be a cheerleader for the NFL team.
With her sexy features, Ratchford is regularly compared to celebrities like Katy Perry and Megan Fox. And because she is already booking magazine shoots and landing auditions, it will be no surprise if she makes it big in California and very soon other hot models are being compared to her.
